Restoration Works

 

Pipe Organ

• The Walkers Pipe Organ is due for rebuilding since 1997. The estimated cost is approximately GY$12M. The work will be done by David Burke, a competent and experienced UK-trained organ builder from Barbados. And help that can be given will be greatly acknowledged and promptly acknowledged. Ceiling

• The ceiling of the Cathedral, particularly of the northern transept, needs replacing. Current estimates for work on the northern portion amount to approximately G$4.8 million. Work should begin early 2004 dependent on funding.
